1. Once you have requested and subsequently received our written quotation and would like to move forward with an order we will be happy to provide you with samples (where appropriate) if you require such to examine the product(s) quality and colours.
2. We will happily send to you 2 samples per product range. These samples will need to be returned to us (at your own cost) within 30 days or an invoice will be forwarded to you. The invoice will be calculated based on the minimum quantity required for that specific sample.
3. If you require a greater selection of samples, a Tax Invoice will be emailed to you for prepayment before the samples are sent to you. There is no need to return these samples. However if the samples are returned to Stella Promotional Products within 30 days and are in the condition they were sent to you, a credit for the amount spent will be credited towards your current order.
4. If you require a sample that is not generally in our "stock room" and we have to specially order such, you will be notified of this and invoiced according to the minimum quantity for that particular item.
1. Existing clients with an annual spend totalling $4,000 (excl GST) will have samples provided to them free of charged (up to the value of $60 + GST).
