Lead Times

DRINK BOTTLES
Depending on the time of year most new orders will take 1.5 to 2 weeks from artwork approval plus delivery time. Repeat orders approximately 1 to 1.5 weeks. Delays can occur if your information is incomplete. The more information you can supply from the outset, the quicker your order will be produced. Please allow an extra week for printing during peak periods such as Christmas and before major sporting events.

PROMOTIONAL PENS
Our standard lead time for printed promotional pens is 2 weeks from artwork approval plus delivery time. This applies to jobs of 10,000 or less and is subject to availability of stock. We may be able to cater for rush orders, sometimes as quick as 4 to 5 working days. However, a 10% surcharge applies on all printed pen orders with deadlines less than our standard lead time.

PERSONALISED STUBBY HOLDERS & WEDDING STUBBY HOLDERS
Our standard lead time for screen printed and full colour stubby holders is 2 weeks from artwork approval plus delivery time. This applies to jobs of 2,000 or less. If our production schedule is not full, we may be able to cater for rush orders, sometimes as quick as 4 to 5 working days. However, a 20% surcharge applies on all stubby holder orders with deadlines less than our standard lead time.

GENERAL LEAD TIMES
Lead times can vary for other products that are not mentioned above. Times may be between 7 working days and up to 12 weeks. This depends on the following factors; item selected, quantity required, seasonal demand, manufactured locally or offshore and stock availability at time of order. Please ask our sales representatives for further details.

DELIVERY TIMES
Transit times will vary depending on your location within Australia. We will always choose the most economical method of transport unless required urgently.

Local Courier: Normally overnight to metropolitan areas. We have production teams located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Perth and will use local couriers if the item(s) you have selected are being produced in the same City as the required delivery point.

Road Freight: Normally 3 to 5 working days to most Australian Capital Cities and up to 10 working days to remote areas.

Air Freight: Usually overnight to most Australian Capital Cities and 2 to 3 working days for country areas.

We are happy to accommodate urgent orders, but extraordinary expenses such as Air Freight will be passed on. All freight charges per order are based on one delivery point only. For additional delivery points please ask at time of placing your order.
